Waite Park Police Arrest Man After Alleged Assault

WAITE PARK - Waite Park police have arrested a 29-year-old St. Cloud man for allegedly beating-up a woman.

Officers were called to 501 7th Street South at about 11:00 a.m. yesterday (Thursday).

The 28-year-old victim says she was attacked by Earl Thomas.

He's also accused of threatening the victim on August 20th, and strangling her on September 29th.
