Waite Park Offering Special Pickup of Trees, Brush

WAITE PARK - Waite Park is doing a special pickup of brush and branches. Effective immediately, due to the large number of trees that were blown down during Sunday's storm, the city is picking up trees in the heavily affected areas.

You can cut up your tree limbs, branches and tree trunks into manageable pieces and place them along your curb for the city to pick up. No stumps will be picked up.

The city plans to focus on the highly affected areas first, and then do street sweeping and pick up for the rest of the city as time permits.
