WAITE PARK -- Waite Park is in the process of re-branding. The city wants to redesign their website and logo.

The city has been working for several month to recreate themselves. City Administrator Shaunna Johnson says they want to update the appearance of their website and make it more user friendly, as well as come up with a new city logo.

Waite Park currently uses two different logo's, which include the "WP" or the centennial logo, which Johnson says can be confusing.

In a work session yesterday (Monday) the council agreed to work with CivicsPlus to help redesign their website.

The council also agreed to work with Think Creative on coming up with a logo design. Johnson says a survey is needed when coming up with a design, which will be conducted by St. Cloud State University as part of their land study agreement.

No action was taken at this time. The council will officially approve the website redesign agreement at their October 5th meeting.
