This week on our Voices For Veterans program I talked with JD Anderson, Associate Director of Pharmacy at the St. Cloud V.A. and Barry Venable, Public Affairs Officer at the St. Cloud V.A.  The topic was Medication Reconciliation.  JD Anderson explained the importance of knowing what medications you are taking and knowing the effects of taking each medication.  Listen to the conversation below.
