The Vikings got a 29-yard field from Blair Walsh on the last play of the game to beat the Packers 37-34 Sunday.  Minnesota led 20-10 at halftime but saw the Packers tie the game at 27 and 34 before they won the game on the Walsh field goal.  Christian Ponder completed a 3rd down pass to Michael. enkins along the sideline to mdfield before Adrian Peterson had a 27-yard run to setup the game-winning field goal.

Peterson ran for 199 yards on 34 carries and 1 touchdown and caught a touchdown pass from Christian Ponder.  Peterson finishes just 9 yards away from Eric Dickerson's single season rushing record.  Ponder was 16-28 for 234 yards and 3 touchdowns with no interceptions.  Ponder connected on a 65-yard pass to Jarius Wright that set up a Michael Jenkins touchdown catch.  Wright had 3 catches for 90 yards and a touchdown.

Aaron Rodgers threw for 365 yards and 4 touchdowns including 2 to Greg Jennings.  Green Bay fails to secure the #2 seed and a first round bye.  Instead the Packers will host the 6th seeded Vikings in the wildcard playoffs next weekend.  Green Bay finishes the regular season 11-5 while the Vikings finish 10-6.
