MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - The concession company at the new Minnesota Vikings stadium says it's striving to diversify its suppliers.

Aramark is holding a business fair Monday afternoon at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Company officials say they're looking to recruit women and minority businesses for everything from cleaning services to food stand operators.

The stadium's Aramark manager, Jamie Hodgson, says his company is also looking for unique, local suppliers. Hodgson says he wants a fan to walk into the stadium and say "that's my neighborhood chocolatier."

Aramark won the concession contract for the stadium last year. Construction officials say the stadium is on schedule to be completed for the start of the Vikings' 2016 season.
