Vikings Reportedly Not Pursuing Urlacher

The Vikings had been linked to free agent veteran linebacker Brian Urlacher but Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network says the Vikings are not pursuing him.  The Chicago Sun-Times indicated the Vikings and Broncos are possibilities for Urlacher but the Vikings may be content to stay with a combination of Erin Henderson, Tyrone McKenzie, Audie Cole, and rookie Michael Mautti.

Urlacher is a 34-year old 8-time Pro Bowl selection who the Chicago Bears elected not to re-sign.  Urlacher has had numerous injuries throughout his NFL playing career.
