Vikings Have Plan To Pay For Road Improvements

The Vikings and Ramsey County have a plan to pay for the estimated $131 Million in road improvements around a proposed new Vikings Stadium in Arden Hills.  Team officials say both sides have identified state and federal grants that could supply $50 Million.  The additional costs could be paid for with sales tax increases at a new stadium on items like tickets and merchandise.  It's unclear the reaction from state lawmakers.  The Vikings are still hoping to push through a new Vikings Stadium during a special session.
