Viking receiver Percy Harvin left practice early Tuesday and was tended to in the shelter that adjoins the Winter Park practice fields.  He watched the rest of the practice from there.  Offensive Coordinator Bill Musgrave addressed the media but didn't know the reason for Harvin's absence but did speculate that maybe his ribs were bothering him.

Tight end Visanthe Shiancoe (hamstring), linebacker Heath Farwell (hamstring), defensive end D'Aundre Reed (calf) and cornerback Simeon Casille (hamstring) all missed practice.  Right guard Anthony Herrera practiced with the first team offense yesterday and could play at Seattle Saturday night.  Herrera was taken off the physically unable to perform list Monday.  He is coming off knee surgery.

The Vikings play at Seattle at 9pm Saturday, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 8:00.
