Variety of Talent on Display During 13th Annual “Night of the Stars” [VIDEO]

ST. CLOUD - Students and staff in the St. Cloud Area school district 742 are showcasing their talents this weekend during the 13th annual “Night Of The Stars” benefit.

"Night of the Stars" started in April of 2002 as part of the St. Cloud Local Education and Activities Foundation's (LEAF) fundraising efforts to save Junior High Activities. Money raised this weekend will benefit LEAF.

The event features a variety show format. Anything from singing, instrumentals, dancing and comedy will be on display for the show.

The Paramount Theatre is hosting the event. The first showing was on Friday night. There will be a second show on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $6 for students.  You can buy your tickets at paramountarts.org.

There's also an online auction that continues through next Wednesday. Items being auctioned off include an autographed jersey and hockey stick from Olympian Anne Schleper and her Olympic teammates. You can see the items and bid for them on leaf742.org.
