VA Offers Faster Way to Communicate with Doctors

ST. CLOUD – The St. Cloud VA Health Care System has a new faster messaging system.

The new tool is called “Secure Messaging”, and it allows veterans to send and receive messages with their doctors.  It’s meant for routine communication like questions about appointments, prescriptions or other non-urgent health care matters.

The Secure Messaging system helps vets avoid long hold times on the phone.  You do need internet access to use the system.
