Updates Planned to Bank of St. Cloud Building [AUDIO]

Real Estate Developer Brian Schoenborn joined me on WJON today.  He is a partner at Stinson Leonard Street and a Real Estate developer who developed the 5th Avenue Live project.  Schoenborn says the Bank of St. Cloud Building located across from RiversEdge Convention Center at the intersection of 5th Avenue and St. Germain Street, is in the process of a renovation.  Schoenborn says the Building pre-dates St. Cloud and was built in 1889.  He explains the history of the building and what his plan is in our conversation that you can listen to below.
