WAITE PARK -  The Waite Park fire chief is calling a fire at the old BNSF site suspicious.

Gary Curtis says an out building started on fire just after 6:00 p.m. last (Thursday) night along third street north.

An out building that used to collect sawdust was on fire.  Curtis says there was no power to the building at the time the fire started.

He says they don’t have a damage estimate yet.  He’ll be working with the fire investigators to determine how the fire started.

No injuries were reported.
