UPDATE: Suspect Arrested in Foley Store Kidnapping Case

FOLEY - The Foley Police Chief says they have a man in custody in the case of the Coborn's Store employee being kidnapped.

Interim Chief Katie Lang says 39-Year-Old Brandon Stark was taken in to custody last (Thursday) night by Minneapolis Police.  Stark was then taken to Hennepin County Medical Center with minor injuries.  He's currently being held in the Hennepin County Jail.

Lang says the victim and the suspect did not know each other.

Stark was apparently involved in some carjackings in the Twin Cities last night, which led to his arrest.

On Wednesday at 2:50 a.m. a Foley Coborn's employee was forced to take Stark to the Twin Cities.  Once they got to the Twin Cities, the employee was released unharmed.
