UPDATE: Name Confirmed of Man Involved in Fatal I-94 Crash

SAUK CENTRE -- The Minnesota State Patrol has confirmed the name of a man killed in a rollover crash on Interstate 94 yesterday (Monday) afternoon.

The state patrol says 47-year-old Alan Thomas of Osakis was found in an overturned vehicle in a ravine, shortly after 2:00 p.m. just west of Sauk Centre.

It is believed Thomas was driving westbound in a 2008 Toyota Scion when he lost control and rolled into the ravine.

Thomas was reported missing from Todd County Thursday, August 4.

The Todd County Sheriff’s Office is assisting with the investigation.
