ST. PAUL,  (AP) - Authorities say a 19-year-old St. Paul man became angry when another man told him he was driving recklessly, then went to the victim's house, rang the doorbell and shot him in the doorway.

Aloeng Kelly Vang is charged Tuesday with second-degree murder. Authorities say he shot 50-year-old Jeffrey Thomas Elling of St. Paul early Sunday.

According to the criminal complaint, Elling confronted Vang about Vang's reckless driving. Elling pushed Vang during the dispute. The complaint says about 10-15 minutes after Elling and his girlfriend went into their house, Elling went to answer the doorbell and was shot by Vang.

The complaint says Elling was shot in the base of the front of his neck and died of blood loss.

Vang was in custody pending a first court appearance Tuesday.
