FREEPORT - Authorities have identified the person who was killed in a house fire in Freeport on Tuesday morning.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says 50-year-old Cecilia Chevalier-Larson was found dead inside the home. Two others inside, 28-year-old Dawn Belgarde and 36-year-old Dusty Littledog, were able to escape and were treated for smoke inhalation.

The fire started just after 3:30 a.m. at 203 1st Avenue South.

When authorities arrived they found the home completely engulfed in flames.

The State Fire Marshall's Office is continuing to investigate the cause of the fire. The body was sent to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy. Fire departments from Albany and Melrose helped at the scene.
