Update – Arrest Made In Hit And Run Incident

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police have made an arrest in a hit and run incident.  18-year-old Brett Klein of Sartell is expected to be charged with felony criminal vehicular operation.

Officials have also released the name of the girl who was struck.  They say 15-year-old Rosalie Ann Post of Clearwater has been released from the hospital.

Post and a friend were walking along 25th Avenue Southeast on Monday night when she was hit by a vehicle.
