ST. PAUL (AP) - Police say the search for a missing St. Paul woman is over.

Authorities say Thursday that a body recovered a day earlier from the Mississippi River in downtown St. Paul is that of Kira Trevino, a 30-year-old Wisconsin native who was last seen alive on Feb. 21.

Her husband, Jeffery Trevino, was charged with second-degree murder, after authorities found large amounts of blood in the couple's home.

Volunteers have been organizing searches for Trevino every weekend.

Authorities said her body was found Wednesday afternoon by someone who saw it floating in the river.
