Two-Vehicle Crash in St. Wendel Sends One to Hospital

ST. WENDEL TOWNSHIP - A man was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash in St. Wendel township.

The Stearns County Sheriff's office responded to a call from County Road 3 south of Norway Road yesterday at about 6:10 p.m.

A vehicle driven by 20 year old Scott Pueringer of Freeport was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by 18 year old Aaron Vowles of Avon.

Vowles failed to stop while Pueringer was waiting to make a left turn.

Vowles was treated for injuries on the scene and then taken to the hospital.
