Two People Hurt in Stearns County Motorcycle Crash

MAINE PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP - Two people went to the hospital after a motorcycle crash southwest of St. Cloud Saturday.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Department says the incident happened at about 3:00 p.m. on County Road 48 in Maine Prairie Township.

Forty-four year old Thomas Winter of Avon was driving in a large group of motorcycles when some of the bikes slowed to make a turn, causing Winter to crash.

His passenger, 41-year-old Rosemary Dobis of Avon, was thrown from the bike.

Both were taken to St. Cloud Hospital.
