Two People Hurt in Benton County Crash

WATAB TOWNSHIP - Two people were hurt in a crash in Benton County last (Wednesday) night.

Sheriff Brad Bennett says deputies responded to the crash at about 10:35 p.m. on West Lake Road in Watab Township.

Both the 17-year-old female driver from Rice and the passenger, 27-year-old Glenn Durham of Rice, were taken to St. Cloud Hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor, and the investigation is ongoing.
