ST. CLOUD -- Two central Minnesota men were arrested after police caught them allegedly burglarizing a construction site.

Police found the suspects in the 900 block of Cypress Road in North St. Cloud at about 3:20 a.m. Officers say 37-year-old Leonard Berg of Sartell and 36-year-old Billy Quirk of Rice were trying to steal copper from the walls of the apartment complex under construction.

Police say they also found a vehicle at the scene which was stolen from Rainbow Play Systems earlier.

Berg faces 2 charges of 3rd degree burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and property damage.

Quirk faces charges of 3rd degree burglary, and felony receiving stolen property.
