Two Men Charged With Raping Drunk Girl at St. Cloud Home

ST. CLOUD -- Two teenagers from Colorado are accused of raping a teenage girl at a St. Cloud home Sunday.

According to the criminal complaints filed in Stearns County, 19-year-old Ryan Rees and 18-year-old Wyatt Swindler are accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl who was drunk and vomiting.

The girl told police she was at a friend's house and was drinking alcohol to the point she became sick. She said Swindler and Rees forced sex on her despite telling both men that she didn't want to.

Records show a friend of the girl confronted Swindler who admitted to having sex with the girl, but thought it was consensual and didn't know her age. Swindler declined to give a statement to police.

Rees denied having any sexual contact with the girl when police interviewed him.

Both men are charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct.
