ST. CLOUD - Two men have been charged with attempted murder for the shooting incident on Friday in North St. Cloud.

Twenty-two year old Andre Kidd and 23-year-old Benjamin Lenoir were charged today (Monday) with attempted first-degree murder and being felons in possession of a firearm.

One man was sent to St. Cloud Hospital with a gunshot wound to the head.  He is expected to recover.

The two men allegedly broke into a duplex at 412 17th Avenue North with a third man, all three were wearing masks and gloves.  They were allegedly looking for valuables, money and drugs.  The victim apparently recognized one man as Kidd, which Kidd then allegedly ordered another man to kill the victim.

Bail has been set at $1 million unconditional, and $500,000 with conditions.

More arrests and additional charges are possible.

The incident began at about 10:45 a.m. on Friday.
