Two Hurt in Willmar Crash

WILLMAR -- Two women were hurt in a crash in Willmar last (Friday) night.

The incident happened shortly before 10:00 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 12 and 45th Street West.

The state patrol says 27-year-old Maricela Pacheco of Willmar was driving east on Highway 12 when she signaled to turn right but actually turned left causing her to hit another car driven by 36-year-old Bobbie Jones of Degraff.

Pacheco and her passenger 24-year-old David Geer of New London were not hurt. Jones and her passenger 23-year-old Erica Nelson of Pennock were taken to the Rice Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
