Two Hurt in Single Car Crash in Benton County

BENTON COUNTY -- Two people were hurt in a single car crash in Benton County this evening (Tuesday).

The crash happened just after 5:00 p.m. on Highway 23 and County Road 25 in Benton County.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 30-year-old Lukkas Pulaski, of Milaca, was traveling west when he lost control, crossed the median and eastbound traffic, went into the ditch and hit a concrete power pole.

Pulaski and his passenger, 24-year-old Daniel Pulaski of North Branch, were taken to St. Cloud Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

The state patrol was assisted by the Benton County Sheriff's Office, Sauk Rapids Fire department and Gold Cross Ambulance.
