SHERBURNE COUNTY - Two people are hurt after a crash in Sherburne County early Saturday morning.

The incident happened just before 2:00 a.m.

The State Patrol says 49-year-old Marty Kjellberg was driving an SUV south on Highway 169 and swerved to avoid striking a deer.

He crossed the median, went into the northbound lanes and hit a tree.

Kjellberg and his passenger, 39-year-old Paris Berry of Montrose both have non-life threatening injuries from the crash.
