Two Firefighters Hurt in Browerville Barn Fire

BROWERVILLE – Two firefighters are hurt after a fire destroyed a turkey barn in Browerville on Thursday.

The fire happened at 22720 Ladybug Drive. The Browerville Fire Department responded to the barn owned by Toddco Turkeys Incorporated.

The two firefighters were hurt by chemicals that were used in the building while fighting the blaze. The barn was empty and no animals were inside at the time.

The cause of the fire is being investigated. The extent of the injuries to the firefighters was not immediately known.
