DULUTH, Minn. (AP) - Authorities say a Duluth woman persuaded her roommate to kill her former landlord, whom she accused of sexually assaulting two relatives.

Thirty-two-year-old Joella Lee Tucker is charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree murder in the death of Kevin Tyman. The 54-year-old Duluth landlord was stabbed at his apartment in December 2012.

Forty-two-year-old Raymond Weeks, of Twin Harbors, is charged with second-degree murder. Reports say Tucker and Weeks were arrested Thursday.

Court records say Tucker told investigators she used to live in the victim's apartment building and that she was angry because he had assaulted two of her relatives. Police say Tucker contacted several people and demanded that they "take care" of Tyman.

St. Louis County Attorney Mark Rubin says the sexual assault claims were never reported.
