Two Arrested After Fight in South St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD - Two people were arrested after a fight in St. Cloud early Thursday morning.

The incident happened just after 1:30 a.m. St. Cloud Police say 24-year-old Brandon Fox from Andover and 25-year-old Michael Engelhaupt of St. Cloud were fighting in the 100 Block of 4th Avenue South.

Engelhaupt was trying to stop Fox from driving due to his intoxication.

After the fight, both had injuries that required medical attention and both were later taken to Stearns County Jail.

Fox is facing charges of 3rd degree assault, 2nd degree test refusal and 3rd degree DWI. Engelhaupt is facing charges of 3rd degree assault and felony criminal damage to property.
