Two Are Hurt After Crash in Cold Spring

COLD SPRING -- Two people are hurt after a crash on Highway 23 in Cold Spring.

The State Patrol says the crash happened shortly before 4:00 p.m. today (Wednesday) near the intersection of County Road 140 and Highway 23.

Thirty-six-year-old Paul Kotz of Paynesville was driving eastbound on Highway 23 when 17-year-old Megan Rausch of Cold Spring was turning left to go westbound on Highway 23 from County Road 140.

Rausch pulled out and hit Kotz.

Kotz and Rausch both had non-life threatening injuries.
