The Twins defeated Roy Halladay and the Phillies in Clearwater, Florida Wednesday afternoon.  Chris Parmalee hit a 3-run homerun and Halladay threw just 2 2/3 innings with 5 earned runs allowed to take the loss.  Jason Marquis threw 4 innings with 8 hits and 4 earned runs to get the win.  Denard Span added 3 hits for the Twins.

The Twins are 7-6 this spring and will play in Fort Myers against Pittsburgh at 12:05 today, pregame on WJON at 12:00.
