Twins Top Orioles 2-0

The Twins defeated the Baltimore Orioles 2-0 in Sarasota, Florida Thursday.  Carl Pavano threw 3 shutout innings and both Glen Perkins and Jim Hoey each threw 2 shutout innings for Minnesota.  Luke Hughes went 1-3 with 1 RBI for the Twins.  Minnesota is 3-2 this spring and will play Tampa Bay at 12:05pm today in Fort Myers, Florida, pregame on WJON at noon.  Righthander Kevin Slowey is the starting pitcher for the Twins today.
