The Twins beat the Kansas City Royals 10-2 at Target Field on Tuesday night. Minnesota scored ten runs in a win for the first time since April 11th.

Kendrys Morales and Eduardo Nunez each had three hits for the Twins, while Nunez, Joe Mauer and Kurt Suzuki each had a pair of runs batted in.

Ricky Nolasco earned the win after pitching six innings and allowing one run on eight hits while throwing 100 pitches.

The Twins improve to 38-44 with the win and will host the Royals again Wednesday afternoon. Jason Vargas will get the start for Kansas City against the Twins’ Kevin Correia. First pitch is scheduled for 12:10.
