Twins Lose Close One to Nationals 4-3
WASHINGTON -- The Minnesota Twins will look to take the second game of the series against the Washington Nationals after losing to the team 4-3 yesterday (Friday).
Nationals outfielder Ben Revere delivered a triple and double in his first two at-bat in Nationals Park.
Twins Pitcher Phill Hughes allowed three runs and four hits while walking two in 4 2/3 innings.
Teammates Eduardo Escobar had a two-run double and Eddie Rosario an RBI single.
The two teams will square off again this (Saturday) afternoon. Twins will send pitcher Ricky Nolasco against the Nationals Joe Ross.
