The Cleveland Indians beat the Minnesota Twins 4-2 on Wednesday night at Progressive Field. Despite the loss, the Twins still clinched a playoff spot thanks to the Angels' loss to the White Sox later Wednesday night.

The Twins got a two-run home run from Jorge Polanco in the top of the ninth inning, but that was about all of the offense they could muster. Minnesota managed just five hits and struck out 13 times.

Minnesota will play a one-game playoff game in New York on Tuesday night, with time of first pitch yet to be determined.

The Twins will play at Cleveland Thursday morning. First pitch is scheduled for 11:10 on AM 1240 WJON.
