Twins Lose 17-6 to Pittsburgh

The Twins lost 17-6 to Pittsburgh in exhibition play in Fort Myers, Florida Thursday afternoon.  Twins rule 5 draftee Terry Doyle started the game and allowed 7 hits and 8 earned runs in 2/3 of an inning to take the loss.  Joe Mauer was 1-3 with 2 RBIs and Luke Hughes was 2-2 with 1 RBI.

The Twins are 7-7 this spring and will host Baltimore in Fort Myers at 12:05 today, pregame on WJON at 12:00.
