The Detroit Tigers completed a three game sweep of the Twins at Target Field with a 6-5 win Sunday afternoon. The Twins have already been swept five times this season.

Minnesota jumped on former Twin Mike Pelfrey in the first inning for a pair of runs, but Twins starter Ricky Nolasco gave one back in the top of the second, then allowed the tying run in the fifth.

The Twins regained the lead with a three-run fifth inning, but Nolasco gave them all back in the top of the sixth inning on a Nick Castellanos home run.

Minnesota is now 7-18 on the season and will head to Houston for a series beginning Monday night. First pitch on WJON is scheduled for 7:10 p.m.
