PORT CHARLOTTE - The Minnesota Twins lost their first Spring Training game on Sunday, falling to the Tampa Bay Rays 6-3.

Pitcher Ricky Nolasco made his first start of the spring, allowing two hits in two scoreless innings. Nolasco signed a four-year $49 million deal with the Twins during the offseason.

Oswaldo Arcia and Brandon Waring both homered for the Twins in the contest. Taylor Motter added an RBI single for Minnesota.
