MINNEAPOLIS -- The Minnesota Twins fell the New York Yankees 8-2 last (Friday) night.

Masahiro Tanaka pitched eight innings for the New York Yankees to lead them to defeat the Minnesota Twins.

Tanaka allowed one run and seven hits. 

The Twins will take on the Yankees again this (Saturday) afternoon at 1:10 p.m.
