Twins Bounce Back to Defeat Orioles 6-1 on Saturday

MINNEAPOLIS – The Minnesota Twins put an end to their four game losing streak with a 6-1 victory over the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday.

Kevin Correia turned in a strong start for the Twins, going seven innings and allowing only one-run while striking out three.

Joe Mauer led the Twins on offense, going 3 for 4 with 4 RBIs in the contest. Mauer hit a three-run homer in the seventh, his second home run this season.

The Twins will look to take the series against Baltimore on Sunday. You can hear all the action on AM1240 WJON with pregame at 12:40 p.m.
