Tri-County Humane Society Pet Patrol: Meet Lucy and Yahtzee

Yahtzee

Yahtzee is a spayed 5 year old Black Lab mix. She’s been around all ages of children and enjoyed their company.  She’s also been friendly with other dogs. Yahtzee is used to being an outdoor dog but could be transitioned to being inside if kept on a consistent schedule.  She knows how to sit, lay down, shake and heel. She’s described as a very loyal and affectionate dog. She likes to follow her people around and be a part of whatever they’re doing. Looking for a beach buddy this summer? Yahtzee loves to go swimming and play in the water.

Lucy

Lucy is a spayed 5 ½  year old cat. While Lucy is not a fan of being held, she does enjoy attention and was described by her previous owners as a nice lap cat.  Lucy enjoys catnip and chasing a laser pointer.  She utilized a scratching post well in the past and has always been an indoor cat.  Lucy’s adoption fee would be waived for a senior citizen or veteran. Lucy is at PetSmart. July 1st  – 8th , all cats 4 years old and up will be only $14.00 to celebrate the 4th of July.
