Tri-County humane Society Pet Patrol: Meet Jackie and Diamond

Jackie

Jackie is an incredibly sweet and gentle 15 year old, spayed Jack Russell Terrier mix. Because of her age, she’s had her blood work checked and a vet gave her an exam.  Except for a cataract in her left eye, she was given a clean bill of health. Jackie loves attention and going for car rides.    She lived easily with a cat in the past and would be best suited in a quiet home without other dogs or small children. Jackie has plenty of loyal companionship to share with whoever decides to take her home and love her.

Diamond

Diamond is looking for a quiet home where he can just relax and watch the world go by.  At 12 years old, Diamond isn’t much for playtime, but prefers to spend his time napping in the sun.  A peaceful atmosphere without other pets or small children would best suit his fancy.   He prefers to be given his space and although he enjoys his share of cuddle time, it has be on his terms.  Diamond’s disposition would make him the purr-fect pet for anyone who is in the market for a “not so needy” companion.  His adoption fee would be waived for a senior citizen or veteran.
