UPDATE: All Lanes of Traffic On I-94 Near Hasty Reopened

HASTY - Traffic was backed-up on Interstate 94 near Hasty this (MOnday) morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol says there was a semi rollover there at about 6:00 a.m.

The driver of the semi was 47-year-old Ronald Steen of Norwood.

The semi was heading east when Steen swerved to avoid hitting a dog in the road, and the vehicle rolled into the center median.

Steen is listed in serious condition.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Minnesota State Patrol opened Interstate 94 between Highway 24 in Clearwater and County Road 8 in Hasty at 12:20 p.m. today.
