ST. CLOUD -- Today we continue our countdown of the Top 10 stories of 2013. Coming in at number six is the story of a St. Cloud business man who is accused of selling prescription drugs out of his storefront.

Members of the Central Minnesota Violent Offenders Task Force used a search warrant at the iPod Guy store on October 7th. The search was based on two previous undercover drug buys at the store located at 900 West St. Germain Street. Police say the owner, 44-year-old Andrew Frederick, sold undercover officers prescription painkillers.

Police seized Oxycontin and Percocet pills at the store and arrested Frederick.

A 17-year-old girl and an 18-month-old child were also at the store. The girl told police she was Frederick's girlfriend and the child was hers. Police then used a DNA test to determine the child was Frederick's and that the child was conceived when the girl was only 15-years-old.

Frederick has been charged with one count of 3rd degree sale of narcotics, one count of 2nd degree sale of narcotics and one count of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.

Frederick posted the $50-thousand bond and was released October 9th. His next hearing has been set for January 16th.
