Todd County Investigating Hit & Run

GREY EAGLE -- The Todd County Sheriff's Office is investigating a report of a hit and run crash in Grey Eagle.

Sheriff's officials say a resident called to report the crash at about 2:20 p.m. She told authorities a vehicle was traveling north on Angler Drive when it drove off the road, struck a post, mailbox and telephone junction box. The vehicle continued across the lawn hitting another mailbox, 9-1-1 marker post and retaining wall and steps.

The vehicle left the scene without notifying the property owners.

Parts of the vehicle were found at the scene, but authorities have not released a description of the vehicle at this time.
