Todd County Crash Causes Minor Injuries

STAPLES -- A Verndale women was hurt after her vehicle left the road in Todd County.

The state patrol says the incident happened just before 4:00 p.m. this afternoon (Tuesday) on County Road 83 East of Staples.

22-year-old Kristiana Walsvik was heading north on County Road 83 when she suffered a medical emergency, causing her vehicle to leave the road and crash into the ditch.

She was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
