MINNEAPOLIS - The Timberwolves lost to Detroit last (Friday) night 96-86.

Andrew Wiggins scored 21 points and Karl-Anthony Towns had 18 points and seven rebounds for the Timberwolves.

The Timberwolves fell to 5-8 this season.

The Timberwolves face the Philadelphia 76ers at home on Monday night.
