The Twins lost 8-2 at home against the Detroit Tigers for a 2nd straight night.  Minnesota fell behind 4-1 in the 3rd inning and Detroit added 3 more runs in the 5th.  Brian Duensing allowed 9 hits and 7 earned runs in 4 2/3 innings to take the loss and drop to 7-8.  Jim Thome had 2 hits and 1 RBI and Alexi Casilla was 2-4 for the Twins.  Minnesota falls to 46-53 and is 7 games back of the Tigers for first place in the American League Central.  The Twins host the Tigers at 3:10 this afternoon, pregame on WJON at 2:35.
